We went to Tanzania in July with 2 kids, on a safari booked with Kimgoni and I must say, this is a great agency. Our trip started with a cancelled flight and a 3-days late arrival. Kimgoni never let us down, they moved our safari dates so we would not miss anything, they booked hotels for us when necessary and they took great care of us so that we would enjoy our trip as best as possible. And we did. Our french-speaking driver was great and very friendly, he managed to show us the big 5 as they say. He knew the parks very well and would give us lots of details on the life there and the animals. The cook was fantastic too, food was excellent. Overall, we had an amazing safari adventure and we would gladly go again.

An African Safari was one of the trips on my bucket list. Kimgoni Tanzania Safaris help me to achieve this dream by kicking off my adventure with a drive in Arusha National Park and shopping at the African Gallery Museum. Philipo and team were professional and provided great customer service (timely responses to any questions or concerns via email and WhatsApp). I was undecided on what to do in Arusha, but the team provided me a list of options and was very flexible with my schedule.

The communication for the organization of our stay was easy. Philippo’s teams are very responsive. During our stay, they remained permanently available to answer our questions.
The journey through the different parks and the chosen accommodation places filed and amazed us.
Our guide and driver, Emmanuel and Peter, delighted us with their kindness, knowledge and professionalism. Thanks to them we had the chance to observe many animals and took so many photos and videos.
The continuation of the stay on Zanzibar was just as well organized as the safari. Our young guide, Maya, and our driver, Mohammed, satisfied our curiosity.

I think the kimgoni price is very reasonable because during the safari there were two nights overnight in the Serengeti which we stayed in the Kimgoni company’s own resort in the national park while my friend she chose other operator and slept in a RV and had limited time to show. But Kimgoni’s resort is very comfortable and luxurious, we have unlimited hot water and you can even hear lions roaring at night. Not to mention, the price of Kimgoni is even lower than my friend’s.

Besides the price, the service was impeccable. My husband and I also choose Kimgoni as our Mount Kilimanjaro trekking operator. Mboyi and Robert were our guides who are very caring guides with more than twenty years experience. Every night, they will give us a briefing about tomorrow’s trekking plan, test our blood oxygen levels and check with our feelings. With their help, we were able to make it to the top.

We left at the beginning of November for the ascent of Kili and 3 days of safaris with Kimgoni Tanzania Safaris. Not only did we reach the summit, but despite the rainy season the team did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable!
